Elevate. Expose. Empower.

Sister Circle Collective empowers students to lead with confidence, access opportunities, and gain the skills to thrive in school, career, and life through mentorship, STEM, and college-career exploration.

About Us

Sister Circle Collective was created to address a challenge hiding in plain sight: young Black women too often lack access to mentors, networks, and opportunities that prepare them for leadership. Our students face barriers in education and career pathways — not from lack of ability, but from lack of access and representation. We exist to change this. By connecting students with mentors, schools, families, and community partners, Sister Circle Collective builds support systems that elevate, expose, and empower. Through hands-on programs, we are equipping young women with the tools to lead and succeed.

How We Help

Expose – STEM & Careers

We connect students with STEM expos, mentors, and hands-on learning that introduce high-demand careers.

Elevate – Mentorship & Leadership

Through trusted mentors, students build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.

Empower – College & Careers

We prepare students for next steps with college tours, scholarships, and career exploration.

Sister Circle Collective started because young Black women deserve more than just encouragement — they deserve access, mentorship, and opportunities that prepare them to lead. Our mission is to give them the blueprint for lifelong success.
