Our Story
Sister Circle Collective began as an affinity group at Arlington Career Center, created to give young Black women access to mentorship, opportunity, and support. What started as a small circle quickly grew into a nonprofit dedicated to elevating, exposing, and empowering students through education, mentorship, and community partnerships.
Our Mission
Our mission is clear: to elevate, expose, and empower young Black women through mentorship, STEM engagement, and college and career exploration. We work to provide access, guidance, and opportunities that prepare students to thrive in school, career, and life — equipping them with the blueprint for lifelong success.
Our Vision
We envision a future where every young woman has the support, education, and exposure she needs to lead with confidence and resilience. In this future, barriers are broken, opportunities are accessible, and leadership is redefined by young women who are empowered to shape their own paths and communities.
